"We recently purchased another one of your excellent live traps and would like to comment on how terrific they are! We cannot begin to tell you of the times a TRU-CATCH trap has helped us help the animals. We have used our traps for everything from feral cats to frightened dogs to wild animals that were out of their natural environment and needed to be transported back to their habitat. The traps have never failed us--therefore enabling us to never be in a situation where we were unable to help an animal.
"Thank you for your product! We could not do our job without a TRU-CATCH trap."
Sincerely grateful,

"I appreciate the opportunity to evaluate your live animal trap. I am presently using a similar structure. My initial reaction was to compare your unit with the one presently used. Through selective observations, your live animal trap was found to be superior in construction and performance. It maintains easy operation, durability, and safety in its design.
"You have presented favorable qualities in the construction of your animal trap. The size is adequate to harbor small wildlife and domestic pets. The heavy-gauge frame coupled with welded wire offers a longer life span, with fewer incidents of repair. The positioning of the welded wire on the exterior of the framework effectively eliminates all rough edges from coming into contact wtih both, captive and animal handler.
"I subjected your unit to a series of tests involving the capture and retention of feral cats. I observed the large horizontal trip plate to be very effective in ensuring entrapment. It was sensitive at any given point of contact enabling varying sizes of cats to trigger the door closure. The size and position of the trip plate hampered even the most skillful cat from obtaining the bait without triggering the closure. The one-piece door was easy to operate, had a quiet, quick response and locked securely without endangering the captive.
"Other tests were made to simulate adverse weather conditions, i.e., wind and rain. Each test showed no unfavorable effect on the operation of the unit.
"Again, thank you for the opportunity to evaluate your live animal trap. I found it to be well constructed, easy to operate, and safe in use."

"Having been a past trapping instructor for the state of Ohio, I have seen my share of traps and I consider this trap exactly what the company calls it--a Tru-Catch Trap. Since the trapping season was not in when I tested this trap I used it with the permission of our local Game Protector to catch and release problem animals. This consisted of six raccoon, three ground hogs and two cats. In every attempt the trap never tripped without an animal in it. I witnessed one cat and one ground hog catching themselves and that's where the anti-backout rings shine. If the door does not close all the way, no matter how hard the animal pushes he can't reopen it and when he goes forward to try to get a better push the door closes more. Soon he has locked himself in completely. If you use a live trap, the Tru-Catch is dependable and heavily constructed for a long life."

"The Tru-Catch Trap works very well. The wire construction is very light for carrying, but still very strong. This trap works as well on small animals like squirrels and chipmunks as on larger species like raccoons, opossums, skunks, and cats. Setting the Tru-Catch Trap is easy. You can set the trip for light to heavy. I recommend the Tru-Catch Trap to [anyone] who needs the use of a live trap."
